- Direct NOC to NOC interaction with the Service Providers
- E-Bonding with customer & Service provider platforms (Ticketing, OSS, BSS, etc.)
- Lead for all Incident management efforts
- Manage preventative maintenance programs
- Manage all on-site teams and/or customer contractors
- Capacity monitoring and management
- Manage all CPE and maintenance spare inventories
